Apply for Police Clearance Certificate (PCC):

For the abovementioned services, the applicant has to visit ht tps://em bassy.passportindia.gov.in / and follow the below steps:

a) Select "Europe" as Region and "Romania" as the Country.

b) A new page will open. Click on Register to apply for passport services and fill out the form and then click on Register.

c) You will receive an email for account activation. Click on the activation link, and activate the account.

d) Click on "User Login" and enter the Login Id and Password created during the registration process.

e) Click on the link of the required service.

f) Fill in the form and submit it online (kindly see the detailed process of online application here).

g) Printout of the online submitted application form duly signed and affixed with a recent color photograph along with required documents, and the applicable fee has to be submitted at the Embassy at the appointed time (kindly schedule your appointment here).

h) You may track the status of applications at https://portal3.passportindia.gov.in/Online/index.html
